Host/Hostess

About the role

The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos. Working in a luxury setting, you will help create memorable first impressions by delivering warm, personalized service in line with Four Seasons’ commitment to genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth flow of the dining and lounge areas.
• Provide guests with information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with kitchen, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
