HR Analyst – Employee Lifecycle & Payroll Support

About the role

The HR Analyst will support the Human Resources department at Airbus Helicopters Mexico, ensuring smooth administration of the employee lifecycle and accurate payroll processing. Based in Querétaro, the role acts as the primary HR contact for staff and helps maintain operational continuity across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding: collect documents, create files, sign contracts and prepare induction tools.
• Process personnel movements such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments and contract renewals.
• Manage off‑boarding steps, including resignation handling, severance calculations and exit interviews.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits and employment verification.
• Escalate complex labor‑relations issues or serious grievances to the appropriate HR Business Partner.
• Capture, review and validate daily/weekly attendance, overtime, shift changes and paid‑time‑off data.
• Register and track medical leaves and other paid or unpaid absences in internal systems.
• Submit consolidated attendance and incident reports to the payroll department for accurate compensation.
• Support planning, purchasing and execution of corporate events, celebrations and holidays.
• Apply and contribute to the site’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience managing end‑to‑end HR processes including hiring, transfers, off‑boarding and payroll liaison.
• Strong knowledge of attendance, leave and payroll reporting requirements.
• Ability to act as a reliable point of contact and to filter and forward complex employee issues.
• Familiarity with EHS policies and the capacity to support internal events.
