HR Generalist – Manufacturing Facility (Querétaro)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Mexico is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the on‑site HR anchor at its manufacturing facility in Querétaro. The role supports the production floor by ensuring labor stability, policy compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Shop‑floor presence: address payroll, grievances and daily requests during shifts.
• Absenteeism control: monitor and analyse production line absenteeism and implement reduction strategies.
• Disciplinary actions: issue warnings and administrative records in line with the Federal Labor Law.
• Off‑boarding management: coordinate terminations, resignations and labor suspensions within legal frameworks.
• On‑boarding & hiring: manage employee files, contract signings and system registrations.
• Workplace climate: support team‑building events, wellness campaigns, recognition programmes and climate surveys.
• Training compliance: keep training records up‑to‑date for audits and industry standards.
• Stakeholder alignment: partner with managers and supervisors to implement HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
• HR goals: contribute actively to departmental strategic objectives.
• EHS policy alignment: apply environmental, health and safety policies to meet site safety KPIs.
• Risk & incident management: follow emergency, hazard identification and incident investigation protocols.
• Reporting & audits: participate in internal/external EHS audits and report any anomalies.
• Operational care: ensure correct waste separation and completion of mandatory EHS training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.
• Experience handling payroll, employee relations and HR administration in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work closely with facilities management and production teams.
