HR Business Partner

About the role

ArcelorMittal International seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support its operations in Mexico. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will combine strategic insight with hands‑on execution to deliver people solutions that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
• Create a seamless onboarding experience and support employee understanding of HR policies and training.
• Drive the annual performance management cycle and coach managers on development and succession planning.
• Assess learning needs, recommend solutions, and follow up on Individual Development Plans.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing programs, and culture‑building activities.
• Maintain HR data integrity, ensure compliance with global standards, and prepare monthly workforce reports.
• Participate in and lead HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, leadership development, performance management, learning & development, and HR project implementation.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to work across cultures.
