HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic liaison between business unit leadership and the HR function, helping to shape and execute people strategies that drive performance and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs covering talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, safety, succession planning, employee relations, compliance and labor relations.
• Analyze HR needs of designated business units and develop tailored solutions.
• Improve manager and employee performance through problem identification, solution design, coaching and counseling.
• Lead special HR projects, setting timelines, conducting research, managing deliverables and reporting status.
• Prepare and present HR data, trends and reports to support decision‑making.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR programs, boost morale and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate resolution of employee disputes, mediate settlements and provide appropriate referrals.
• Contribute to overall HR and organizational success by supporting new initiatives and responding to emerging requests.
