HR Generalist

About the role

ABB is looking for an HR Generalist to support the Smart Buildings NEMA Enclosures factory in Ramos Arizpe. You will handle day‑to‑day HR transactions for assigned service lines or countries while ensuring a high‑quality, customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR services in line with business processes, KPIs and quality targets, providing end‑to‑end ownership.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for complex cases and projects, collaborating across countries and functions.
• Identify process gaps, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Perform autonomous control tasks such as four‑eye checks, SOX checks, data protection duties and compliance with local legal requirements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist with focus on recruitment, employee services and labor relations.
• Experience managing onboarding processes.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
• Familiarity with Revolution HR system
• Familiarity with Workday HR system
