HR Services Advisor

About the role

The HR Services Advisor will manage the day‑to‑day operations of Employer of Record (EOR) workers and serve as a primary point of contact for clients in Mexico City. This hybrid position combines client interaction, payroll administration, and compliance oversight to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of EOR workers, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate worker documentation and payroll data daily.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, background checks, and contract extensions.
• Create and approve payroll calendars and generate sales invoices.
• Serve as the main contact for worker queries and client calls.
• Ensure compliance with in‑country regulations and handle contract changes.
• Collaborate with Payments Team to process deposits, refunds, and late payments.
• Quote and manage off‑cycle or ad‑hoc costs.

Required profile

• Experience in HR administration, coordination, or operations.
• Client‑management exposure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with worker contracts is a plus.
