About the role
Join a global leader in optical innovation as an HR Shift Representative. You will be the first point of contact for employee and union matters, ensuring smooth labor relations and supporting the onboarding of hourly staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage disciplinary actions, conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Enforce internal regulations and resolve labor conflicts.
- Serve as primary liaison for union delegates and address union‑related issues.
- Monitor labor‑related KPIs, focusing on absenteeism and turnover.
- Support supervisors on HR questions and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hourly employees.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations.
- Up to 2 years of generalist or specialist HR experience, or an equivalent background.
- Experience managing HR KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover.
