HubSpot Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our remote team and help build and maintain web experiences on HubSpot and other CMS platforms. You will work closely with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to deliver custom modules, templates, and integrations that drive automation, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize responsive websites, templates, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
• Translate UI/UX mockups and wireframes into functional, accessible web interfaces.
• Build reusable front‑end components with HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement integrations and workflows in HubSpot CRM, including form handling and data‑driven components.
• Extend backend functionality with Node.js (or Ruby on Rails) and consume RESTful APIs.
• Maintain code versioning with Git and ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL templating language.
• Strong front‑end development background and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering accessible, high‑quality web solutions.
