Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our Communications team in Mexico City. The role will design and execute internal communication strategies that enhance employee understanding of our brand, product portfolio, and business priorities, turning staff into enthusiastic brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an internal communications plan aligned with brand and product objectives.
• Translate launches, innovations, and commercial strategies into clear internal campaigns and messaging.
• Create and adapt content such as newsletters, videos, scripts, presentations, and communication kits for local relevance.
• Lead internal events and activations (town halls, reveal events, test drives, immersive experiences) in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Manage internal channels (email, intranet, screens, newsletters, video) and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, PR, Product, Sales, and HR to ensure message alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 15% travel willingness with a valid driver’s license; active passport and visa preferred.
• Experience in internal communications, brand storytelling, or employee engagement.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling content for multiple formats.
• Experience managing internal communication channels and editorial planning.
