About the role
We are seeking a full‑time IT & Engineering Recruiter to join TMC People Drive Technology on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid and supports Canadian business hours, focusing on talent acquisition for technology and engineering positions, primarily within the banking sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for IT and engineering roles.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and negotiate offers.
- Support employer branding initiatives and track recruitment performance using data and KPIs.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience as an IT/Engineering recruiter, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Experience recruiting for banking or financial services is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the Canadian market is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
