IT & Engineering Recruiter (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time IT & Engineering Recruiter to join TMC People Drive Technology on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid and supports Canadian business hours, focusing on talent acquisition for technology and engineering positions, primarily within the banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for IT and engineering roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and negotiate offers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and track recruitment performance using data and KPIs.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as an IT/Engineering recruiter, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Experience recruiting for banking or financial services is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with the Canadian market is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
