Jr IT Regional Service Desk Coordinator

About the role

As a Jr IT Regional Service Desk Coordinator you will deliver first‑level IT support to end‑users across the Americas region, working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will handle hardware, software and network issues, maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system alerts, create and manage incident tickets promptly.
• Record IT asset, configuration and support data in the CMDB.
• Maintain infrastructure asset inventory and assist with change management processes.
• Support servers, switches, routers, wireless access points and patch‑management activities.
• Collaborate with corporate IT teams on infrastructure projects and system rollouts.
• Ensure Service Desk ticketing data supports effective problem resolution.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support as required.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot independently and lift up to 40 lbs.
