Junior Corporate Governance Legal Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Corporate Governance Legal Counsel to join Revolut’s legal team in Mexico. The role will ensure compliance with legislation, keep the board informed of legal responsibilities, and act as the company’s representative on legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage internal forums, committees, the Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings.
• Provide legal assessments on matters, documents and policies presented to administrative and management bodies.
• Manage, control and register powers of attorney, registries and corporate documents.
• Maintain and update Mexican corporate books, minutes and records.
• Draft high‑level legal documentation for incorporation, liquidation or deregistration of entities and branches.
• Prepare technical documentation and regulatory filings on corporate governance for public submissions.
• Liaise with legal registers, public notaries and regulatory institutions on behalf of Revolut’s Mexican entities.
• Execute strategic roadmaps and data‑driven initiatives to improve the efficiency of local governance functions.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience as a legal counsel or advanced legal intern.
• Impeccable organisational capacity with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
