About the role

As a Junior Sales Operations Administrator at HeadQuarters, you will support the day‑to‑day operational needs of U.S. cannabis clients. This entry‑level, fully remote position is ideal for recent graduates who want to build a career in sales enablement, logistics, and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational tasks in line with SOPs and client expectations.
• Execute standard workflows and identify recurring issues or inefficiencies.
• Participate actively in communication channels and contribute to internal documentation.
• Develop proficiency with LeafTrade, Excel, GSuite, and Slack.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university.
• Internship or student work experience in administration, logistics, or sales preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills and exposure to any CRM system.
• Proficiency with GSuite and Slack.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2‑C2), adaptability, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
