Junior Talent Acquisition Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and enhance our recruitment strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. The role focuses on attracting top technical and operational talent, building strong pipelines, and partnering with plant leadership to align hiring with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and plant management positions across several sites.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, digital channels, industry networks, and creative methods.
• Partner with site and regional leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Own and elevate employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Manage and mentor a distributed recruiting team, set goals, optimize workflows, and drive performance against KPIs.
• Ensure consistent, compliant recruitment processes across locations and monitor metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire.
• Support onboarding and early retention programs to secure long‑term success of new hires.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record managing recruitment across multiple sites or regions.
• Hands‑on experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across borders and business units.
