Lead / Senior Software Engineer (Azure)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead / Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern software development. The role blends technical leadership, architecture design, and hands‑on coding to drive application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Design and build scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions on Azure.
• Define and validate enterprise and cloud‑based architectures.
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, design, and planning.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) as needed.
• Contribute to technical decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑changing environments.

Required skills

• Backend development with JavaScript, Go, or Python.
• Frontend experience with React.js, HTML, CSS.
• Building and consuming REST APIs.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• NoSQL databases: Cosmos DB, MongoDB.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• CI/CD pipeline creation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
