About the role

Aeromexico is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Cabin Project Leader to oversee cabin retrofit and product selection initiatives across its fleet. The role coordinates internal stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor cabin modernization and retrofit projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison among engineering, maintenance, procurement, finance, fleet planning, revenue management, and operations teams.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with aviation documentation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, KPIs, and status updates for senior leadership.
• Track supplier, manufacturer, and internal deliverables, and drive timely closure of action items.
• Document lessons learned, best practices, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, budget management, supplier negotiations, and operational team leadership.
• Proven experience coordinating cabin interior incorporation, line‑fit, and retrofit projects.
• Strong background in cross‑functional team coordination and business case development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of AMOS (preferred).
