Logistics Analyst – Traffic Analyst

About the role

Flex is seeking a Logistics Analyst (Traffic Analyst) to support import and export activities at its Juarez North Auto facility. You will work closely with the Import/Export Supervisor to ensure shipments move efficiently across the US‑Mexico border.

Key responsibilities

• Track product shipments, create efficient logistical plans, and coordinate deliveries.
• Recommend and implement improvements to logistics processes.
• Prepare performance reports on import and export operations.
• Write or update standard operating procedures for logistics activities.
• Collaborate with logistics management to optimize service levels and reduce costs.
• Contact carriers, monitor schedules, and manage documentation.
• Reorganize shipping schedules to maximize vehicle usage and minimize empty moves.
• Use real‑time routing tools (GPS, satellite links) to reroute drivers and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency.
• Background in automotive preferred.
• Knowledge of Mexican and US customs regulations.
• Experience managing carriers and basic warehouse cycle operations.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to work the afternoon shift and monitor shipments.
