Logistics Associate – Optimize Supply Chain Operations

About the role

As a Logistics Associate at Honeywell in Chihuahua, you will help optimise end‑to‑end logistics operations, coordinating transportation, warehousing and inventory management to support efficient supply‑chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records and documentation.
• Support inventory management processes, including stock counts and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve logistics issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in a fast‑paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to continuously learn.
