Luxury Hospitality Internship – Los Cabos Resort

About the role

Join Four Seasons Los Cabos as an intern and experience a full immersion into luxury hospitality. You will rotate across guest‑facing departments, gaining hands‑on exposure to the operations that create unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily activities in People & Culture, Finance, Purchasing, Front Office, Restaurants, Kitchen and Events.
• Assist with guest interactions, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
• Participate in training sessions and learn from senior leaders across the resort.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or related field.
• Strong desire to build a career in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; focus is on hospitality fundamentals and guest service.
