Management Trainer

About the role

In this position you will develop the ability to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance actions, support production management, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to performance validation and continuous‑improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, structured written solutions for workforce scheduling, production control, process optimization, and quality assurance.
• Lead improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Gain hands‑on experience with a wide range of technologies and customer environments, building a solid foundation for a manufacturing career.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
• Graduation or expected graduation between December and February; experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Intermediate English communication skills; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
• Previous internships or academic projects involving production management or equipment troubleshooting are advantageous.
