About the role
The Manufacturing Operations Manager will lead a high‑volume production environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people management are executed at the highest standards. This position focuses on CNC machining operations and drives continuous improvement across the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and monitor production performance.
- Manage operational teams directly on the shop floor.
- Drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and service levels.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading CNC machining or similar machining operations.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations leadership.
- Demonstrated shop‑floor leadership with KPI management.
- Experience managing both direct and indirect teams.
- Continuous‑improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
