Marketing & Branding Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Eandd is looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Marketing & Branding Specialist to support the development of branded materials and the company's digital presence. The role suits someone who can turn technical and project-based information into clear, compelling marketing content. It is a full-time, fully remote position based in Mexico, paid $1,800 - $2,300 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and optimise social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn, aligned with company projects and brand messaging
• Design and format professional documents such as presentations, qualification packages and Request for Proposals (RFPs), and training materials
• Keep brand consistency across all communications and deliverables
• Work with internal teams and business groups to gather project information and marketing inputs
• Coordinate photography projects: select local photographers near project sites, manage scheduling and logistics, oversee editing and final asset delivery, and ensure assets are used correctly across marketing channels

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, branding or a related field
• Familiarity with construction, engineering or related industries is preferred
• Ability to translate technical or project information into clear marketing materials
• Fluent English and strong written and visual communication skills
• Strong organisation and project management, able to work independently remotely
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency

Required skills

• Content creation and social media management
• Adobe Photoshop and Canva
• Preferred: experience supporting proposal development or RFP responses, and coordinating external vendors such as photographers and designers
