Marketing Coordinator - Terminal AI

About the role

Terminal, a global talent platform for software developers, has launched a new services division, Terminal AI, formed from its acquisition of Stationed AI. It is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth for this new division. The role builds on established marketing motions for the core business while helping set up new ones suited to Terminal AI's audience, working closely with Terminal Marketing, Sales and the Terminal AI team. The position is fully remote and requires the candidate to live in Mexico, Colombia or Costa Rica with established work authorization.

Key responsibilities

• Help segment the right ICP companies and personas to target with campaigns, within the account-based marketing framework.
• Build, author and deploy outbound messaging and email campaigns using tools such as Apollo, HeyReach and Iterable.
• Plan and run executive dinners and training events, handling logistics, guest outreach and follow-up.
• Upload and manage marketing content in the CMS, working with the content creator and designer.
• Align marketing activities with sales, partnerships and product teams.
• Support reporting and analytics to measure marketing success.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, HR tech or marketplace businesses.
• Deep experience creating and deploying outbound email campaigns.
• Experience planning and running in-person and virtual events, including vendor management and project coordination.
• Fluent English; the role is 100% remote.

Required skills

• Sales and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Iterable, Apollo, Outreach or Smartlead.
• CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot or Storyblok.
• Nice to have: Salesforce or other CRM tools, basic design skills (Canva, Figma), and knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
