Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience at Rosewood Mandarina. Working onsite, you will coordinate across digital and print channels to strengthen the resort’s brand presence and support financial profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with hotel business goals in collaboration with Cluster Directors of Marketing, Communications, and Sales.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns—including social, email, on‑property touch points, website, search engines, and paid media (Paid Search, Meta, Programmatic, Display, Paid Social).
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and ensure website content, photography, and UX/UI are up to date.
• Create and execute email marketing programs, define targeting/segmentation, and measure performance.
• Oversee a team of writers, marketers, and external agencies, providing direction and editorial calendars.
• Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and campaign metrics; prepare ROI and KPI reports.
• Lead the Rosewood Elite website updates and ensure resort photography complies with brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies for hotels or resorts.
• Ability to collaborate with senior marketing and sales leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance reporting.
• Experience managing paid‑media agencies and on‑site marketing teams.
