MCP Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for an MCP Solutions Architect to support client integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and act as the bridge between customer engineering teams and our internal AI engineering team. The role is ideal for professionals who enjoy direct client interaction, solving complex technical problems, and facilitating the adoption of AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients during MCP integrations and onboarding.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and review logs, API responses, and implementation patterns.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to client teams.
• Participate in client calls as a technical advisor.
• Create and improve documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Backend Engineer, Data Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with MCP or a strong interest in AI integration technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong SQL expertise.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production systems.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
