The Medical Virtual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating healthcare candidates for contract, locum, and permanent placement opportunities throughout the United States. This fast‑paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with candidates, and helping healthcare professionals find career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source healthcare candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews with candidates.
• Review resumes, credentials, licenses, and work history.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build pipelines of healthcare professionals for future openings.
• Send emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to prospective candidates.

Required profile

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call‑center experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and candidate outreach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high‑speed internet.
