Multinational Issuing Office Analyst

About the role

The Multinational Issuing Office Analyst supports AIG's Multinational business area by analyzing information needed to issue policies, endorsements, and certificates, ensuring compliance with local regulations and anti‑money‑laundering laws.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process issuance and renewal of policies across multiple products and client types.
• Request and validate information from clients and brokers to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop relationships with assigned brokers and act as liaison between external clients and internal teams.
• Negotiate handling fees based on claims history and support level.
• Contribute to team KPIs and drive continuous improvement of Multinational operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in international business or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (business level) and ability to participate in international meetings.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services in a client‑facing role, preferably dealing with large or multinational corporations.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative mindset, and adaptability to change.
• Commercial acumen with negotiation skills and strong analytical and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• General computer literacy and familiarity with IT packages.
