Murex Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Murex Consultant to join our embedded team and provide expert support and development for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) functionalities on the Murex platform. The role involves working closely with front‑office users, technical teams and business analysts to ensure accurate pricing, risk calculations and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve daily ERM, VaR, P&L, market data and booking issues for front‑office users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements and fixes.
• Develop and maintain ERM business requirements and validation procedures.
• Manage product configurations (IRD, CRD, EQD, FXD) and perform testing (SIT/UAT).
• Monitor global market regulations and incorporate changes into the platform.
• Participate in implementation and upgrade projects across scoping, design, build and validation phases.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Murex ERM, VaR and risk modules.
• 2‑3 years of experience in financial markets and products.
• 1+ years of business analysis experience in a finance/IT environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Self‑starter, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
