Murex DevOps Engineer (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of the MX platform across SaaS, cloud, and on‑premises environments. The role is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days onsite in Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
• Automate environment provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Deploy and manage MX environments across development, testing, and production stages.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure end‑to‑end observability.
• Manage environment data lifecycle, including provisioning, masking, and database migration.
• Act as technical escalation point for platform incidents and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Promote automation‑first DevOps practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating automated platforms for SaaS, cloud, or on‑premises environments.
• Strong ability to work closely with development, QA, and client‑facing teams.
• Hands‑on experience with incident troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
