Operation Room Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Operation Room Nurse to join our surgical team. You will play a critical role in preparing and maintaining a safe, sterile environment for surgeries while supporting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and patients throughout each procedure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms before surgery: clean, check equipment, sterilize instruments, and verify patient information.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations by providing instruments and maintaining sterile conditions.
• Monitor patient status throughout the procedure and record accurate surgical documentation.
• Organize the operating room after surgery: clean, disinfect, and store instruments correctly.
• Support postoperative patient care and handover to ward staff.
• Strictly follow infection control and surgical safety protocols.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a valid nursing license.
• Experience in operating‑room nursing is highly preferred.
• Fluent English for communication with international patients and teams.
• Responsible, focused, quick‑responding, and strong teamwork abilities.
