Operations Specialist – Medical Information Case Processor

About the role

IQVIA is seeking an Operations Specialist to join its Medical Information team. The role focuses on receiving, documenting, and processing safety data from external sources such as patients, healthcare providers, and investigative sites. This is a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming calls, chats, and emails from external customers regarding product enquiries.
• Summarize reports and disseminate accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients using approved scripts and resources.
• Create Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint reports, including detailed narratives and medical terminology.
• Clarify, investigate, and capture adverse event and product quality information.
• Process safety data in accordance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including collection and tracking of adverse events.
• Maintain quality standards and demonstrate problem‑solving capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (French desirable).
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related activities (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to work independently.
