Oracle EPM Manager

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Mexico is looking for an Oracle EPM Manager to lead client support work across Oracle consulting generalist services. The role helps clients streamline planning, reporting and performance management processes while guiding solution delivery and adoption. It sits within global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, with travel of up to 20%.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM client delivery workstreams across planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting initiatives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables while balancing multiple client priorities
• Translate business requirements into Oracle application design, configuration and implementation activities
• Guide teams through system integration, testing, data conversion and deployment support
• Coach junior team members through review, feedback and skill development
• Advise clients on process standardization, operating model improvements and application usage
• Coordinate issue resolution, risk identification and escalation paths across project phases
• Develop training materials and deliver user support to promote adoption of Oracle solutions
• Identify ways to improve technology implementation methods and delivery approaches

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (a Master's or MBA in fields such as accounting, business administration, finance, information technology or management information systems is preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency

Required skills

• Oracle EPM and Oracle Cloud planning, budgeting and reporting
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• Project budgeting, execution and timeline management
