Organizational Change Management Consultant

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead transformation initiatives for its clients. The role focuses on applying the Prosci ADKAR methodology to design, implement, and sustain change strategies that drive adoption and business outcomes across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Apply the Prosci ADKAR framework (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) throughout consulting engagements.
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and develop communication, training, and engagement plans.
• Identify and mitigate resistance through proactive interventions and coaching.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership and collaborate with project management, HR, and IT teams.
• Track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success indicators to ensure sustainable change.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Solid experience in change management, organizational transformation, or consulting roles.
• Proven background in management consulting or professional services firms.
• Demonstrated experience delivering client‑facing projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives such as digital transformation, ERP implementations, or organizational restructuring.
