Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

About the role

Westernacher is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join its Mexico team. You will work on SAP‑driven transformation projects, helping clients adopt new processes and technologies while ensuring smooth organizational transition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies that support business process, technology, and transformation adoption.
• Partner with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive readiness and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans tailored to diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership alignment sessions, and change‑agent networks.
• Coach sponsors, managers, key users, and change champions on their roles.
• Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and success measures; provide post‑go‑live support and lessons learned.
• Integrate change management activities into overall project plans and governance structures.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of professional experience in OCM, business transformation, or consulting.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise‑wide change initiatives and technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• SAP project experience (e.g., S/4HANA, EWM, TM).
• Knowledge of OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR®, Prosci Change Management Methodology, Kotter.
• Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication planning, and training enablement.
