People Operations and Onboarding Manager

About the role

The People Operations and Onboarding Manager will lead the delivery of onboarding and compliance operations while enhancing the overall joiner experience. This position blends hands‑on operational expertise with strategic stakeholder engagement, supporting transformation initiatives and AI‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding compliance and recruitment operations, including background screening and personal independence requirements.
• Oversee the joiner experience from offer acceptance through day one, managing offer creation, background checks, and onboarding readiness.
• Drive process improvement, automation, optimization, and centralization across People Operations.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for technology and transformation projects related to onboarding.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless handoffs and service delivery.
• Manage relationships with IT, Security, Benefits, Workplace Services, HR Business Partners, and other internal teams.
• Support data analysis, metrics, reporting, SLAs, and KPI insights for operational performance.
• Coach and guide senior associates and specialists within a shared team structure.
• Maintain hybrid team connectivity through office presence, town halls, and stakeholder events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading teams in People Operations or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and onboarding processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
