People Services Specialist (HR Operations)

About the role

Travelport is looking for a People Services Specialist to join its HR team in Guadalajara. You will be the front‑line provider of HR services, ensuring a smooth employee experience across the entire lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global HR administrative processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, employee data changes and documentation.
• Provide first‑line HR support to employees and managers, answering inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and employee records.
• Support HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation, Benefits) to deliver aligned HR services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization and standardization across regions.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in global or multinational environments (preferred).
• High attention to detail, organizational skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., ORC or similar).
