Pharmacovigilance Reporting Associate (Intelligence)

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Pharmacovigilance Reporting Associate (Intelligence), you will prepare safety reports accurately and on time for clinical trials and post-marketing activities. The role is listed as hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).

Key responsibilities

• Serve as safety reporting intelligence processor and/or lead for multiple safety reporting or safety reporting intelligence stand-alone projects, providing management support as designated.
• Adhere to ICON's values of People, Clients and Performance, and contribute to a culture of process improvement.
• Complete all departmental project activities accurately according to ICON SOPs, study-specific procedures, regulatory requirements and client processes.
• Carry out safety reporting or safety reporting intelligence activities on assigned projects with a customer-focused approach and an audit and inspection-ready mindset.
• Demonstrate skills in client management, safety reporting, project scope, submission compliance, quality and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy or a related field.
• Experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, with an understanding of safety reporting processes and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, able to prepare and review complex safety reports accurately.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
