Plant Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing activities in a high‑precision, metal‑working environment. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations to achieve production goals on time and within quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to optimize production flow.
• Develop, coach, and manage production supervisors and manufacturing leaders.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align on business objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in metalworking, machining, or precision manufacturing.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive operational performance.
