PLM Engineer

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a PLM Engineer to lead the digital transformation of its product development processes. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to ensure seamless collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end PLM implementation activities, including system setup, configuration, and customization.
• Integrate PLM solutions with other enterprise systems within the Levi Strauss ecosystem.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across PLM and connected applications.
• Develop and refine workflows, templates, and reports to improve product development processes.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement programmes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support during go‑live and post‑deployment phases.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools to ensure system interoperability.
• Troubleshoot PLM system issues and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with FlexPLM modules such as Line Planning, Tech Pack, and Colour & Material Management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes in retail or fashion industries.
• Experience mapping and optimizing PLM‑related business processes.
• Proven ability to lead PLM implementation or enhancement projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and user‑training capabilities.

Required skills

• FlexPLM configuration, customization, and upgrades.
• Java, JSP, XML, and SQL.
• Windchill architecture.
• Integration experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• REST and SOAP API development.
• Middleware integration tools.
• AI tools for product memory and autonomous agents.
