PR & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

New Era, a leading lifestyle caps manufacturer, is seeking a PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead its communication strategy across LATAM. The role focuses on expanding cap culture, strengthening cultural relevance, and driving measurable business impact through PR, influencer collaborations, and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the PR & Influencer Marketing strategy across LATAM, aligning with brand values and commercial goals.
• Develop communication plans for product launches, collaborations, and key cultural and sports moments.
• Design and run influencer marketing programs across culture, fashion, sports, and community segments.
• Identify, manage, and nurture relationships with creators, talent, and cultural figures.
• Lead product seeding initiatives with a storytelling approach.
• Manage media relationships to secure editorial coverage in culture, fashion, sports, and digital outlets.
• Maintain a monthly PR & Influencer calendar synced with product drops and campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital, retail, and product teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Use data and performance insights to evaluate and optimize campaigns.
• Stay current on cultural trends, influencers, and media landscapes in LATAM.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
• Experience with fashion, lifestyle, cultural, or sports brands is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the media and influencer ecosystem in Mexico and LATAM.
• Proven ability to execute storytelling‑driven campaigns that deliver business results.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
