Principal Strategic Cyber Security Consultant

About the role

As a Principal Strategic Cyber Security Consultant you will lead and support client projects that assess, test, and build security programs. You will work with teams of 2‑5 consultants and advise organizations ranging from start‑ups to Fortune 100 companies on best practices and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams to evaluate, design, and improve client security programs.
• Provide guidance on cyber‑defense operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Help clients prepare for, mitigate, detect, and respond to cyber‑security threats.
• Communicate security recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Travel up to 30% of the time to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber‑security, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience delivering cyber‑security solutions and programs.
• At least 3 years experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST 800‑53.
• 3 years designing and operating security functions (e.g., IAM, incident response, vulnerability management).
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
