About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to head the Advisors and Consulting Services team in its Mexican hub. Based in Mexico City, you will act as a trusted business advisor, guiding client engagements across consulting, marketing, data analytics, and program management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams to deliver best‑in‑class insights and project outcomes.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise, identify creative solutions, and ensure recommendations drive client value.
• Own mid‑ to senior‑level client relationships, proactively managing agendas and relationship risks.
• Manage and grow a sizable team in Mexico, mentoring junior colleagues and fostering knowledge‑sharing across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Support the development and promotion of the Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services brand internally and externally.

Required profile

• Proven inspirational leader with a strong record of building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
• Extensive consulting experience; familiarity with payments or financial institutions is a plus.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, capable of managing senior‑level relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent.
