Procurement Buyer – Marketing & CCM

About the role

Campari Mexico is seeking a Procurement Buyer to lead the sourcing strategy for its Marketing & CCM categories across multiple Latin American markets. The role will focus on indirect materials such as media, events, POSM, creative agencies, digital influencers and public relations, ensuring cost‑effective and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑country category sourcing strategies for Marketing & CCM.
• Lead RFI, RFP and RFQ processes, negotiate contracts and manage contract implementation.
• Apply strategic sourcing methodologies, cost breakdown, cost modelling and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Establish and maintain Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs with tier‑1 vendors.
• Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams and support the Category Manager in strategy creation.
• Ensure compliance with Campari’s procurement policies and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within Marketing & CCM.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or Hospitality.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage interpersonal relationships.
