About the role
Brose Group, a family‑owned company expanding globally, is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive performance on the shop floor. You will oversee a production team, ensuring key performance indicators are met while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the production team, setting and monitoring KPIs and objectives.
- Manage daily operations, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of output.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional areas to resolve production issues.
- Support team members in skill development and performance improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to work across different functional areas.
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management capabilities.
