Project Manager – Implementation Services

About the role

The Project Manager leads customer implementation projects for Arcos software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality. This role oversees the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery to go‑live readiness and transition to support—acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams using Arcos standard project‑management practices.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as charters, scopes of work, budgets, work plans, risk logs, communication plans, status reports, and change requests.
• Monitor customer contracts for compliance with scope and budget.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all project‑related issues and correspondence.
• Review new implementation opportunities with sales to identify stakeholders, technical dependencies, and special requirements.
• Manage multiple medium‑size implementations or two to three large implementations simultaneously.
• Coordinate activities of project personnel to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and present status reports for management and clients.
• Engage with Engineering to finalize development requirements and ensure delivery dates are met.
• Monitor project profitability, take corrective actions when off‑budget, and drive risk mitigation.
• Liaise between customers, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to translate business outcomes into clear technical plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end software implementation projects.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor contracts, budgets, and schedules and to take corrective actions when needed.
• Excellent communication and risk‑management capabilities.
• Experience preparing detailed project documentation and status reporting.
