Macropay zoekt een gemotiveerde Reclutador om het team in Centro, Colima te versterken. Je werkt fulltime in een dynamische omgeving waar talent, passie en groei centraal staan.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Publiceren van vacatures op diverse jobboards
Bezoeken van winkels voor wervingsdoeleinden
Deelnemen aan banenbeurzen
Opstellen en beheren van digitale dossiers

Gewenst profiel

Minimaal één jaar ervaring in recruitment
Ervaring met massale wervingskanalen
Ervaring met competentiegerichte of rollenspelinterviews

Vereiste vaardigheden

Bekendheid met online vacatureplatformen
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
Organisatorisch talent
