Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for our call‑center operations and other hiring needs across Mexico and additional markets. The role is hybrid, based in Guadalajara, and requires a bilingual professional who can drive high‑volume hiring while aligning with the organization’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple disciplines, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
• Proactively source both passive and active candidates using diverse techniques and networking activities.
• Perform in‑depth phone assessments to qualify candidates.
• Create and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified talent leads.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 3‑4 years of high‑volume recruiting experience across various hiring disciplines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
