Recruiter – Full-cycle Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of client openings. This remote position offers the chance to partner with hiring managers and clients, source top talent, and deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates across professional, administrative, finance, operations, healthcare, and light‑industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define skill competencies, job duties, and qualifications.
• Qualify candidates through in‑person interviews, assess soft and technical skills, and recommend suitable hires.
• Adjust position requirements based on market feedback and candidate availability.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Proven success filling a wide range of positions, including professional, administrative, finance, operations, healthcare, and light‑industrial roles.
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting quality and deadline expectations.
