Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of client openings. You will partner with hiring managers and clients to source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates across contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define required competencies and job specifications.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews, assess soft and technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation, and guide them through the hiring process.
• Maintain multiple requisitions, track metrics, and ensure timely delivery of hiring goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Proven success filling professional, administrative, finance, operations, healthcare, and light‑industrial roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and clients.
